About Moor End Farm
Established in 1965 we are a small, family run caravan and camping site based in the village of Acaster Malbis, a beautiful countryside setting four miles south west of the historic City of York.

Our Facilities
Our excellent site has 12 touring pitches and 6 static caravans, one of which is available for hire. Touring facilities available include electric hook-ups, hot showers, toilets with disabled access, dish-washing sink, fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer and microwave oven. Picnic tables are situated around the site for our guests to use. Well behaved dogs on a lead are welcome.
Transport Links and the Local Area
A regular local bus service runs to and from York. The North York Moors are nearby and Castle Howard is within easy reach. We are also very close to the York to Selby cycle route. Moor End Farm is just 5 minutes walk from the River Ouse and the local hostelry, the Ship Inn. A riverbus will cruise you from here right into the centre of York. Excellent coarse fishing is available on the river.

| We have a luxury static caravan for hire, a 2010 30' x 12' Swift Moselle, with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining & living area which can accommodate up to 6 people. |

The caravan has all mains services and is fully equipped. When there are just 2 occupants there is a weekly reduction of £35. Short breaks are available FROM just £50 per night. Please contact us for out of season senior citizen discounts. The prices quoted are inclusive of gas and electricity. The caravan comes with all bed linen and a good supply of blankets and pillows, all you will need to bring is your own towels & tea towels. |

Disabled access available for caravan, please mention when booking. Sorry no pets allowed in Hire Caravans. The caravan is very popular, each season at least half the guests are making a return visit, so book early to avoid disappointment. |
